This presentation by Kamyar Razavi looks at the barriers facing engagement on environment and climate – and what you, as an individual, can do to foster collective change.

Kamyar Razavi is a PhD graduate of the Simon Fraser School of Communication. Prior to SFU, he obtained a master’s degree at Tsinghua University in Beijing, China. His doctoral research examined the role of solutions in environmental communication. He is also a fulltime journalist working for a major Burnaby, B.C.-based Canadian news organization. He lives in Burnaby, and speaks six languages
